Cocktail Masterclasses
A fun & interactive experience consisting of three classic or contemporary cocktails, with a little history and behind-the-bar knowledge from our in-house experts.
Masterclasses are booked on a bespoke basis, however there are some restrictions with start times:
Weekdays: Classes start between 4pm & 6pm.
Friday: Classes start at 4pm.
Saturday: Classes start from 2pm, 3pm & 4pm.

Our Masterclasses consist of three rounds of drinks: In the first round we show you the basics, teaching you what makes a cocktail a cocktail.
In the second round we start to add more variation, using different ingredients and methods to elevate your drinks.
In the third and final round, we let you decide! We will have you using the methods you’ve learnt throughout the class, and put your newfound skills to the test.
Classes usually last anywhere between 1 to 2 hours, depending on the size of the group.
Classes are booked on a non-cancellation basis.
We require a contact number and card authorisation for all Masterclass reservations (a link will be sent via email). This also applies to bookings made with vouchers. Please note there are no payments taken upfront, however, a no-show or cancellation will incur a £15pp cover charge.
