FULL TIME TEAM MEMBER:

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team at 33cankstreet.

Previous experience of the specific role is preferable, but not essential, as full training will be provided, however some previous hospitality experience is required.

The right candidate will have a keen interest in the art of mixing cocktails, and a flair for delivering excellent customer service and hospitality, as well as a hunger to learn to build on their knowledge and abilities.

Job responsibilities include:

• Serving quality drinks to customers in a fast-paced environment

• Making cocktails to our high standard and hand prepping ingredients.

• Having input in creating and developing Menus.

• General bar upkeep.

• Operating an Epos system.

• Cash handling and cashing up tills.

• Opening and closing the venue.

• Understanding and operating a reservations system.

• Responding to customer email queries and handling reservations.

Job Details:

• Up to 32 hours per week, with potential extra hours for the right candidate.

• Potential Key-holder/Supervisory Role for the right candidate.

• Preferably lives locally, able to work late finishes (Approx 2AM).

PART TIME ROLE:

Job Description:

We are looking for a hard-working and lively individual, who can provide exceptional customer service with a friendly approach, to join our team at 33cankstreet.

Previous experience not necessary as full training will be provided, but advantageous.

Job Responsibilities to Include:

• Taking orders table-side and delivering drinks.

• Using an online booking system and seating guests.

• Operating an Epos system and taking payments.

• Creating and maintaining a friendly rapport with new and existing customers.

• Upkeep of the general cleanliness of the bar.

Job Details:

• Approximately 16 hours per week. (Friday & Saturday nights predominantly - with potential additional hours for the right candidate.)
